The Brief

What was the goal?

Enterprise clients (malls, hotels, municipalities) select vendors based on references + certification + insurance. Those rarely surface on B2C websites. We also needed a GEO architecture for local search traffic ("Istanbul mall Christmas decoration").

The Build

Key decisions and tradeoffs

Instead of hiding logos and reducing the reference section to client categories, Turkcell + Koç + Akbank logos were brought front-and-center (with permission). Enterprise buyers look for trust signals in the first 30 seconds — we put that signal on the cover.

We built GEO pages for 81 cities. Each city carries its local service scope (mall, villa, hotel, municipal), GeoCoordinates, and LocalBusiness schema. During the seasonal demand peak (Nov-Jan), these pages capture every local query.

3D visualization + free on-site assessment isn't a footer CTA — it sits right under the hero. That matches the buyer template; form submission went up 34%.

Honest Reflection

What I'd Do Differently

We needed to be live well before the seasonal peak (September) but shipped in November. Reality: most enterprise buyers make vendor decisions in September-October and execute in November. We launched in November and missed the first season's pipeline. On the next seasonal project, go-live is locked 8 weeks before peak demand.
