Inline certification badges under hero
TSE + IP65+ + Foundations + EKAT-C badges aren't behind a PDF — they sit schema-tagged under the hero; sales cycle 6→3 weeks.
Professional LED Decoration · Case Study
The nationwide portal for a professional LED decoration company doing TS EN 60598-1 + IP65+ certified, EKAT-C-class lighting on villa façades, mall atriums, restaurant-cafés, and heritage buildings approved by Turkey's Directorate General of Foundations.

Results
The Brief
High-budget (4M+ TRY) clients like heritage buildings + malls demand a certification list when picking vendors. B2C-leaning Christmas decoration sites don't carry that list. The 8-week seasonal demand (Dec 5 – Feb 5) also means being live by September-October is non-negotiable.
The Approach
I applied the Authority & Trust pillar (TSE + IP65+ + Foundations + EKAT-C certification badges), Entity pillar (ProfessionalService + LocalBusiness schema, areaServed: 81 cities), Schema pillar (Service + PriceSpecification: 4K-4.5M TRY range), and AEO pillar (FAQs for "how to get heritage-building lighting permit", "mall atrium LED cost").

The Build
Didn't bury the certification list behind a PDF link. TSE, IP65+, Foundations, EKAT-C badges sit inline under the hero; each badge is a schema-tagged credential. High-budget buyers see the list in the first 15 seconds — sales cycle dropped from 6 weeks to 3.
Service scope split into 4 segments: villa façade (4K-50K TRY), restaurant-café-shop (10K-200K TRY), mall atrium-hotel (200K-2M TRY), municipal-heritage building (1M-4.5M TRY). Each segment has its own route + PriceSpecification schema + reference project gallery.
The Foundations approval process is a 4-8-week step — we documented it as a dedicated page. We win Google's FAQ snippet for "how to get heritage-building lighting permit"; that page alone drives 12+ form fills a month.
For the 8-week seasonal demand peak, the site went live on September 1. We didn't repeat the launch-timing mistake from yilbasiisiksusleme.com — every week we slip into November is unrecoverable revenue.

Villa / restaurant / mall / heritage on separate routes; each carries PriceSpecification schema + reference gallery.

Christmas decoration vendor decisions land in September-October; site went live September 1 — didn't repeat the timing miss from yilbasiisiksusleme.com.
Honest Reflection
On v1 I shipped the 4 budget segments as an accordion on a single services page. High-budget (1M+ TRY) municipal/heritage buyers saw themselves sharing the page with B2C villa buyers and started questioning our vendor tier — we lost 4 major leads in the first 2 months. On v2 each segment got its own route; the "municipal + heritage" page is fully isolated from B2C content. The "you're at our level" signal premium buyers need doesn't come from page quality — it comes from who else is on the page.
