Single-source pricing
The calculator and page copy read the same pricing file, so two prices never appear.
Courier & Logistics · Case Study
An Istanbul motorcycle courier site that shows a distance-based price and estimated delivery time as soon as you enter the addresses, then calls the courier via WhatsApp.

Results
The Brief
In urgent delivery, customers don't want to call just to ask the price. They want to see it upfront, with no surprises, and call a courier with one tap.
The Approach
We kept the pricing model in a single file: base fee, per-km rate, and urgent and same-day multipliers. The calculator and every price mention on the site read from the same source. Orders complete in WhatsApp.

Tech Stack
The Build
The calculator takes pickup and drop-off, computes distance and traffic-aware time, and shows the net price for the chosen service type.
Each delivery type, such as urgent, same-day, pharmacy and medical, documents and e-commerce, gets its own page with timing and process. 15 route pages cover frequent point-to-point trips.
39 district and 44 neighbourhood pages were built with real coordinates; the same data feeds a Google My Maps layer.
Steps Applied
The calculator and page copy read the same pricing file, so two prices never appear.
District and neighbourhood pages use real coordinates and are generated alongside a map layer.
The review section and rating schema stay empty until real reviews arrive.
Honest Reflection
We left Google Business Profile verification until after launch. For service-area businesses, showing up on the map depends on that verification. Today I'd start it before the site goes live.
